Q. Who is BandsBest? How long have you been in business?
A. BandsBest is the internet division of Palombo, Inc. Palombo, Inc. has been in business for over 30 years. We provide our services to schools, colleges, groups, choirs, churches and individuals.

ORDERING & PAYMENT OPTIONS
Q. How do I purchase from you?
A. Order on the website, US Mail, phone or fax. You can purchase with a credit/debit card, school booster check, money order, cashier’s check, certified check or an official school purchase order signed by the Principal, Superintendent or authorized purchasing agent. Purchase orders and credit/debit card orders are not eligible for the 5% prepay discount. If you are paying by a school booster check, money order, cashier’s check, or certified check, please include payment in full along with your order. An extra 5% discount will be deducted from merchandise only. Discount does not apply to art charges, lettering or postage/shipping. If you are paying by official school purchase order, you can mail or fax us your purchase order. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your purchase order in our office.

PRICE MATCHING & VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Q. Do you price match other competitors?
A. We will match or beat any bona fide price from any source. We require a copy of the bona fide price and source. You can either fax or mail this to us.

Q. Do you offer large volume discounts?
A. Yes, depending on the item and the quantity. Email us with your request to service@bandsbest.com.


SAMPLES
Q. Can I get a sample of an item for review?
A. Many samples are available. Samples will be charged to your credit/debit card and credited upon return. Samples may be kept for 30 days after date of purchase. Samples must be returned in new, unused condition. Email us at service@bandsbest.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number is required for all returns. This number must be clearly visible under our address on the outside of the package. Packages without a RA#, or received beyond the 30 day return limit, will be refused – No exceptions. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

Q. Can I get a sample of the fabrics used on a particular item?
A. Yes. Please fill out the CATALOG/SWATCH REQUEST form. Look under Fabrics and make your selection. Be sure to list the names of the fabrics and the colors requested.


DUPLICATION OF ANY ITEM
Q. Do I need to send a sample of an item that I need duplicated?
A. If the item is custom, we require a sample for exact duplication. If the item is an in stock item, we do not require a sample. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q. Can I get either my logo or a different logo on a T-shirt or a jacket?
A. Yes. We offer screenprinting and direct embroidery. Email us at service@bandsbest.com for details.


SIZING
Q. What size should I order? I’m placing an order for a custom outfit. I’m between a size medium and large.
A. We suggest ordering the larger size, which you can always alter to fit. Please be sure to use the appropriate size chart for the outfit you are ordering. Order carefully, as there are no returns or exchanges on custom items.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q. What method do you use for shipping?
A. We generally ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Larger items, such as podiums, uniform storage caddies, etc. must ship via Truck Motor Freight. You can email us at service@bandsbest.com for a quote on Truck Motor Freight charges.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Many in stock items are shipped the same day as long as the order is received by 11:00 A.m. EST. Should there be a back order, we will contact you immediately. Custom items are shipped upon completion. See item for the approximate delivery time. Actual transit time depends on your location. If an exact date is required, let us know. We will do what we can to meet your required date. We offer express shipping, such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. These services are available to you at an extra cost.


ACCURACY
Q. What if there is a problem with my order?
A. First and foremost, we are very proud of our 99% accuracy record. Should you encounter an error, contact us immediately. Email us at service@bandsbest.com.


RETURN POLICY
Q. Can I return an item? What is your return policy?
A. In stock items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns of custom or altered items, fabrics and trim. Due to health regulations, body suits, unitards, briefs, hair items and makeup are not returnable. Footwear cannot be returned if worn or marked (including the packaging). Tux shirts cannot be returned if the package has been opened. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all packaging unmarked and all tags in tact. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns – No exceptions. Email us at service@bandsbest.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be clearly visible under our address on the outside of the package. This number is required for all returns. Packages without a RA#, or received beyond the 30 day return limit, will be refused – No exceptions. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible to pay for any merchandise not returned within our return policy. If an item is returned and credit is disallowed, customer is responsible for all return shipping back to customer or he/she can forfeit the item returned and pay for item as per terms stated above.

Q. How do we purchase from you?
A. Order on the website, US Mail or fax. You can purchase with a credit/debit card, church check, cashier’s check, certified check or money order. When purchasing robes and stoles, other garments and paraments, a 50% deposit is required. You will be notified when the order is ready to ship. The balance in full is due at that time. These orders do not qualify for the 5% prepay discount. Some manufacturers offer free shipping via UPS Ground Service within the USA when you send payment in full with your order. Email us at service@bandsbest.com to see if your selection is included in this offer or for other robe/stole specials that may apply.


PRICING
Q. How much is a robe and stole?
A. Prices vary depending on the manufacturer, quantity, robe style, fabric choice and embroidery.

Q. Is there a minimum order for robes and stoles?
A. Yes. The minimum is 4 pieces of the same style and colors. However, you can get a quantity less than 4; there would be an upcharge per piece.


SAMPLES
Q. I want to try and match the robes that we presently use in our church. Do I send you a sample robe and stole?
A. Yes. We require a sample for duplication.

Q. Can I get a robe and stole sample?

Q. Does a fabric ever become discontinued?
A. Yes, on rare occasions. We can send a sample of a fabric that best matches the discontinued fabric. We encourage you to order a few extra robes to accommodate your growing choir.

Q. What measurements do I need for robes?
A. Measurements needed vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Once you have chosen a robe style, we will contact you with what measurements are necessary.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q. What is the delivery time on robes and stoles?
A. Delivery times vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you have a wear date, let us know. We will do what we can to meet this date. Sometimes express shipping is required to meet this date. Besides UPS Ground Service, we offer UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select. We will contact you for your approval if this is necessary.
