You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services.

SHIPPING

How We Ship

To ship your orders, we use United Parcel Service, U. S. Mail, Federal Express and when necessary, commercial trucking.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For actual shipping charges (except truck freight), see the shipping chart.

For commercial truck freight charges on large items such as: podiums, large ladders etc., call 1-800-323-7333. Charges are determined by product, and destination.

An extra shipping charge of $10.00 applies to: Orders of 5 flagpoles or less, all banner poles and all bungee poles.

Orders for 6-foot to 8-foot flagpoles have an extra charge of $.50 per pole added.

Most in-stock items are shipped via UPS the same day as ordered, if order is received by us before 11:00 am Eastern Time. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Custom items are shipped immediately upon completion.

If you need faster delivery, UPS Next Day Air?, UPS 2nd Day Air?, or Three Day Delivery, all are available at an extra cost.

Damaged Merchandise

Cancellations

Once your order for an in-stock item is placed and in process, it cannot be stopped nor canceled.. You have an option of receiving your order and returning the items (see Returns below).

No cancellations or returns on custom made and/or special order items.

Once your order is placed, extra items cannot be added to the same order. Any additions will be considered a separate order.

Samples must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice, following the return procedure described below. After 30 days the sample is considered an order. Your account will be charged accordingly.

In-stock items may be returned only within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, no returns are accepted.

The buyer is responsible for all charges, including shipping.

A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all in-stock item returns. Samples are exempt from the 20% restocking charge.

To be accepted, returned goods must be in brand new salable condition, (i.e) un-worn, un-used and in the original unmarked package, with tags intact.

We cannot accept returns of the following items except for manufacturer's defects:
Custom made items, Special-order items, Tux shirts (if the original package has been opened), Fabric, Trim, Leotards, Unitards, Tights, Briefs, or Body suits – hair items and makeup cannot be returned. Footwear cannot be returned if worn or maked including the packaging..

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

How To Return Goods

Please read the information above. Call customer service at 1-800-323-7333 or email us at service@bandsbest.com to get a Return Authorization number (RA#). Write the RA number large and legibly on the OUTSIDE of the shipping package as an ATTN: line.(for example) ATTN: RA # 12345. Packages without the RA number will NOT be accepted.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund for returned in-stock items:: All of the conditions for returns as stated above must be met. Refunds are issued twice per month on the 15th and 30th day. Before a refund check is issued, or credit is applied to your credit card, shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

Samples

For a sample of an in-stock item, simply order as usual. On the payment screen select "sample". Samples must be prepaid with a credit or debit card. You may keep samples for 30 days. After 30 days, the sample is considered an order and your credit or debit card is charged accordingly. Return samples following the return instructions found in the policy pages. Your credit or debit card is charged accordingly. Re stocking fees do not apply to samples. You are responsible for all shipping charges

Payment Option #1, Pre-Pay

Pay for your order in full including shipping/handling charges with a U.S. Money order, a school, booster, cashier's or certified check. Sorry we do NOT accept personal checks. The Pre-Pay option earns you a 5% discount from the total of your order, excluding shipping charges when the order is valued at $100.00 or more. To use the Pre-Pay option for online orders: order as usual, on the payment screen select “Pre-Pay”, print your order, and mail to us with your payment attached.

Payment Option #2, Purchase Order

We accept official school or school district purchase orders when signed by the superintendent or the authorized purchasing agent. Mail or FAX us a copy of the original order. Orders are put in process when we receive the purchase order. Terms for purchase orders are net 30 days from date of invoice. Purchase orders are NOT eligible for the 5% pre-pay discount To use the Purchase Order option for on line orders: Order as usual, on the payment screen select “purchase order”, or FAX your order along with the signed purchase order.

Payment Option #3, Credit/Debit Card

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards, as well as Debit cards. We need the cardholder's name, billing address, phone numbers, card number, and expiration date. Certain credit/debit card orders will be shipped only to the card owner's home or business address. Credit/debit card orders are NOT eligible for the 5% pre-pay discount. To use the credit/debit card option: order as usual, on the payment screen, select “credit/debit card”, fill in the required information and click “submit order”.

Collections

All orders are sold according to the payment options listed above. In some cases a 30-day charge account may be established with Palombo, Inc. Please call 1-800-323-7333 for details. Checks returned for any reason are charged $50.00 Accounts unpaid beyond 30 days are charged 2% per month (24% Annually). This amount is added to the monthly statement and must be included with your payment. In the event legal means must be used to collect amounts owed, the buyer will pay Palombo, Inc. in addition to amount owed, all costs of collection including Attorneys fees.

Limited Warranties

All goods purchased from Palombo, Inc. are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects. If defects are found, Palombo, Inc. at its sole discretion or the discretion of the manufacturer will repair, replace, refund purchase price or issue a credit toward the purchase of other items from Palombo, Inc. Except as outlined above, Palombo, Inc. disclaims all other expressed or implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness of items for a particular purpose. Palombo, Inc. is not liable for incidental, consequential or punitive damages that may be suffered as a result of manufacturing defects in goods, or the use of goods sold by Palombo, Inc. Pennsylvania law governs all purchases from Palombo, Inc. and litigation concerning such purchases must be filed exclusively in Allegheny County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, within one year after the claim has occurred or be forever barred. Both parties waive all rights of trial by jury.
